How to translate URLs using the TextUnited WordPress plugin

To be able to translate URLs on your WordPress website, you will need to:

1. Install the Text United plugin to your WordPress website

2. Connect it to your Text United account

3. Add languages in Language settings > Languages list & Translators

Once you add a new language to the plugin, a new translation project will be created in Text United.

To enable translating URLs, open:  Settings > Language settings > Language Selector

Enable the "Translate URL slugs" option and click SAVE.

After selecting which pages you want to translate, you can log in to Text United and open the website translation project created by the plugin.

Navigate to MY TASKS (https://www.textunited.com/my/inbox/tasks/) and click on OPEN.

Open the URL package by clicking on TRANSLATE.

In the URL package, you can change the URL slug after the language code, for example:

website.com/about-us
website.com/de-de/uber-uns

Click the SAVE button or hit the Enter key on your keyboard to save the changes.
